Collectrium enables you to arrange and organise your collection to suit your needs and requirements. Placing objects within groups is one of the many ways you can achieve this, and this is how you do it.
Adding Objects to Groups
1. Click on Objects in the left hand menu panel.
2. Start scrolling through the object list and select each object you want to add to a group by clicking on the check box on the left hand side of the object row. The check box will turn red once an Object has been selected.
3. Once you have chosen the Objects to add, click on the red Actions button at the top right of the page - this will produce an actions menu. Choose either Group with Selected or Copy to Existing Group.
a. Choosing Group with Selected creates a new Group for your selected Objects. In the pop-up window enter the Group information, including Name, Description, Section and Access. Now click the Add button at the bottom left of the window.
b. Choosing Copy to Existing group adds your selection to an existing Group. In the pop-up window choose the Group from the drop-down menu. When you have made your selection, click on Copy at the bottom left of the window.
